This is such a sharp breakdown! The point about unmonitored access to patient records and lab data really hits home for those of us entering the medical space. The lack of instrumentation is terrifying—if there’s no owner, the blast radius of a breach just keeps growing before anyone even notices. It makes me curious: do you think hospitals and organizations should focus more on strict lockdown policies, or on building better, sanctioned AI sandboxes so people don't feel the need to go rogue in the first place? I don’t think there’s a need for stricter policies. It only makes things worse. We need a system of sanctioned, governed, and controlled AI sandboxes indeed.
